Description :
This quest is given by Vindain Greenfaith, who is located next to the Down Below entrance in Castleview Hamlet.
Vindian asks you to do the following:
Collect 3 items:
Green Wisp Seeds near Fountain of Valor
Blessed Water from Fountain of Valor
Enriched soil from the barrel on the Northeastern corner of the armor shop
Note: you may have to hail him again to get the flask for the blessed water but this is not always necessary
After collecting, return back to Vindain
