Speak with Ventar TKal at the east Nomad Camp ( -154.00, -48.00, -817.00 ) northwest of the Crossroads.
Seek out Captain Feralis, Commander of the Freeport Militia, at the Crossroads. (-432,-44,-280). Completing this quest opens up the quest, Tecera Valnos.
Note: Completing this quest gives positive faction with The Freeport Militia.
