Description :
This is a three part courier quest. It is initiated by speaking to Pelle Shinkicker in The Elddar Grove.
Pelle will send you to speak to Rune Shimmerstar in South Qeynos. He is in the mage's tower.
From there you must speak to Aundor Singingsword in the Oakmyst Forest. He is near the waterfall.
After speaking to him return to Pelle for your reward.
