Must have completed the quests 'Erudite Alchemy', 'Tweezing Kerra', 'Incantation Oration' and 'Abolishing Curiosity'. Speak to Custodian Zaddar Sullissia in The Graveyard. The entrance to The Graveyard is in the south end of Stonestair Byway at (8, -5, 12). Zaddar is the starting point of the Freeport Districts Timeline, beginning with The Door Knocker. |
