Description :
Talk to Malkin X Daval, at the Evil-Aligned camp in Feerrott. ( -122.86,7.67,3.30 ). This is quest 3 of 6 in the Diplomacy quest series (Freeport). Must have previously completed the quests, Heart Experimentation, and The Test.
Kill tacticians on both sides of the conflict (Tae Ew, and Rallosian). The tacticians are level 40.
Tae Ew conscripts are found around (-1290,8,370).
- Slay three groups of two conscripts to make the tactician spawn.
- Slay the Tae Ew Tactician who spawns. (-1290,8, 370)
Rallosian Footmen are found around (-1000, 550).
- Slay three groups of two footmen to make the tactician spawn.
- Slay the Rallosian Tactician who spawns. (-1000, 550)
Return to Malkin to receive your reward. Completing this quest opens up the quest, Allies.
