Description :
Talk to Malkin X Daval, at the Evil-Aligned camp in Feerrott. ( -122.86,7.67,3.30 ). This is quest 5 of 6 in the Diplomacy quest series (Freeport). Must have previously completed the quests, Heart Experimentation, The Test, Raise the Stakes, and Allies.
Speak with Cvaka Zichovani, who is standing next to Malkin.
Find the Toppled Hand of Thule (-1000, 0, 840).
Slay the Left Eye of Thule, and his two friends Eye of Thule subservient, who spawn when you approach the toppled hand.
Return to Cvaka to receive your reward. Completing this quest opens up the quest, Shattered Hand.
