Talk to Malkin X Daval, at the Evil-Aligned camp in Feerrott. ( -122.86,7.67,3.30 ). This is the final quest of 6 in the Diplomacy quest series (Freeport). Must have previously completed the quests, Heart Experimentation, The Test, Raise the Stakes, Allies and Hand of War.
Speak with Cvaka Zichovani, who is standing next to Malkin.
Find the clickable rock at Camp Fear (-710, 0, 830). Right-click to destroy the hand of war.
Return to Cvaka to receive your reward.
