Speak to Quiyn at the entrance to Charasis: Vault of Eternal Sleep ( 610.90, -125.94, 200.60 ). Must have previously completed the quest Exclusive Access. Completing this quest grants access to Charasis: Maiden's Chamber
Find and kill the powerful skorpsis Impaler Tzilug deep within Maiden's Chamber. (he should now give an update to everyone in the group rather than a random person).
- Collect some poison from his tail after you have defeated him.
Return to Quiyn and turn in the poison for your reward.
