Description :
This quest is triggered by examining A Tarnished Scepter. This item drops on forgotten souls in the Down Below.
Once the quest is initialized what you need to do is locate a statue to put the scepter in.
- Walk to a statue at ( -185, 1, -17 ) in Down Below and the quest should auto-update. This is the room with the rotting royals, all to the southeast in Down Below.
This will finish the quest and give you your reward.
