Must have previously completed the quests, A Grave Job, Decapitator Exterminator, To The Next Master, Scorpikis Your Tail Goodbye, One Fish, Two Fish, Another Shell Game, 101 Things to Do With a Dead Grindhoof, Stoneglint Knuckle Crackers, Sealed With a Skorpikis, Is There a Shaman in the House, and Red, White and Dead.
Kill 10 Drachnids ( -2360, 259, 952 ).
Pick up the Stone piece inside the cave ( -2270, 233, 922 ).
Return to Shaman Medicus. Completing this quest opens up the quest: Tome Sweet Tome.
