Description :
This quest is initiated by examining the book "Aquatic Research Notebook". This book is dropped by various forms of fish or sharks at the Outpost of the Overlord (it drops from Bladefin everytime). You must kill one each of the following mobs:
Needlefang
Reef Turtle
Sawtooth Shark
Shoal Glider
After accomplishing this task speak to Trainer Sythor the All-Seeing at the tower for your reward.
