Description :
This is part of the halfling racial progression series. It is given by Rondo "The Belly" Roundstew in The Baubbleshire ( 947, -436) after you complete the Helping Some 'Friends' quest.
You must collect ten bits of Honey. These spawn in the beehives scattered throughout the zone. Sometimes when getting the honey a Honey Guardian will spawn. They are level 4 solo mobs.
After you have all them, you should return to Rondo. This opens up the A Budding Prankster quest.
